If a reservation is canceled at least seven (7) days in advance, a 100% refund will be given in credits for future stays. Cancellations made with a 2-day advance notice will receive a 50% refund in credits for future stays. Reservations canceled with less than a 2-day notice are not refundable.
Please note that all refunds are made as credits for future stays—no cash refunds.
The suites can hold up to 3 dogs depending on size and temperament. Best to call us if any questions before making a reservation. When booking a suite, you will be given the option to select the number of dogs. The first dog is billed at the regular suite rate. The 2nd dog is an additional $45 and the 3rd is an additional $25
Yes, whenever possible. Normal drop off or pick up times are 8 am -6 pm. Monday-Saturday. Please contact us in advance if you have any special requirements. Sunday drop off or pick up is available with an additional fee.
Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and Parvo/Distemper vaccination records before the boarding date.
Our standard dog boarding rate is $45 per night.
Our luxury suite rate starts at $60 per night.
