If a reservation is cancelled at least seven (7) days in advance, a 100% Ranch credit will be given to be used towards future stays. Cancellations made with a 2-day advance notice will receive a 50% Ranch credit to be used towards future stays. Reservations cancelled with less than a 2-day notice are not eligible for credit.
Please note that all refunds are made as credits for future stays—no cash refunds.
The suites can hold up to 3 dogs, depending on size and temperament. It is best to call us if you have any questions before making a reservation. When booking a suite, you will be given the option to select the number of dogs.
Yes, whenever possible. Normal drop-off or pick-up times are 8 a.m.- 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Please contact us in advance if you have any special requirements.
Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and Parvo/Distemper vaccination records before the boarding date.
Our standard dog boarding rate starts at $45 per night.
Our luxury suite rate starts at $65 per night.
